Early Childhood Educator - Inclusion Support
Inclusion Support Educators at Livingstone Christian College Early Learning Centre work under the guidance of a Lead Educator or Teacher to support the learning, development, care, and supervision of all children. This role is part of the KU Children’s Services Inclusion Support Program and is funded through the Additional Educator subsidy. It aims to increase the educator-to-child ratio, providing enhanced support for children with additional needs while promoting their full participation alongside their peers.
Inclusion Support Educators help create safe, inclusive environments where every child can participate meaningfully in the early childhood program. They promote learning through play-based and intentional strategies, assist with daily routines, and collaborate with educators and families to meet the diverse needs of all children.
