Whether it’s persevering through a tough hike, leading a team activity, or serving others in unfamiliar settings, each moment is an opportunity to grow. Camps At Livingstone Christian College, we believe that education extends far beyond the four walls of a classroom. That’s why camps form a vital part of our holistic approach to student growth and development. More than just a break from routine, these experiences are purposefully designed to shape capable, confident, and faith-filled young people. Our camp program is grounded in the conviction that certain life lessons are best learned through lived experience. Away from the comforts and predictability of everyday school life, students are challenged to step outside their comfort zones, build new friendships, and discover more about themselves and others. Whether it’s persevering through a tough hike, leading a team activity, or serving others in unfamiliar settings, each moment is an opportunity to grow. Underpinning every camp experience are themes we see as central to personal and spiritual development: leadership, service, resilience, identity, responsibility, and purpose. These are not just abstract concepts—they are actively explored, practiced, and reflected on throughout each camp journey. As students face challenges and engage in team-based activities, they are invited to consider who they are in Christ and how they can contribute meaningfully to the world around them. Ultimately, camps at Livingstone are not an add-on; they are an intentional part of our commitment to educating for eternity and equipping for life. They help form young people who are not only academically prepared but also spiritually grounded and ready to live out Christ, Character, and Excellence in every area of life.
