Show Team

Students are actively involved in the preparation and presentation of animals for the show ring and have the chance to compete in Young Judging and Handling competitions at both State and National levels.
Through this hands-on experience, they develop practical skills in livestock handling—such as calming, grooming, and leading—as well as a strong foundation in animal husbandry that can support future pathways in the agricultural industry.
More than just skill-building, the program encourages teamwork, responsibility, and respect for God's creatures, fostering character growth and a deeper appreciation for the role animals play in food and fibre production.
Our Co-Curricular Sheep Show Team provides students in Years 7 to 12 with a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience by showcasing stud Dorper sheep at local, regional, and major Royal Agricultural Shows, including the Toowoomba Royal Show and the Royal Queensland Show.
