As we prepare for a new school year, we trust that you find the following information useful in ensuring that your family is ready for schooling at Livingstone in 2021.
Please note the following important dates for the start of the year
Each school day starts at 8:25am and finishes at 3:05pm
If your child arrives after 8:45am they must report to Student Services and sign in BEFORE going to class. Please do not pick your child up early unless it is unavoidable. They miss valuable lesson time and any time away from class adds to their total absent days.
We can all help keep our school community safe and healthy
Although the risk of COVID-19 within our school area remains low, we can all help keep our school community safe and healthy. Please remember to keep physical distancing between parents and adults, practice good hand hygiene and exercise common sense. If students are unwell, please keep them at home until they are better.
All new Livingstone uniforms are available from our Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop is located next to the entrance to the Junior School Carpark (next to the ELC). The Uniform Shop is open limited hours during the holiday break. Regular term-time hours are Monday 7:30am to 9:30am; Tuesday 7:30am to 9:30am; Wednesday 7:30am to 9:30am; and Thursday 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Click here for more Uniform Shop information.
Livingstone also administers an official Facebook Uniform Buy/Swap/Sell group, open to all current parents and carers. Click here to join the group.
Students from Year 6 to Year 12 require a BYOD laptop for the school year
Please ensure that your child’s BYOD computer meets our I.T. Minimum Requirements to minimise difficulty in getting setup at the beginning of the year. For recommended suppliers and more information, click here to visit our BYOD information.
All visitors during school hours must sign in
If you need to visit the College at any stage between 8:45am and 2:45pm, please sign in at Student Services and receive your Visitor's Pass (lanyard). If you are on the College grounds at any time during these hours, you may be asked by any staff member to see your pass. The safety of your children is our priority.
The College's Bus Service is available to current students
Livingstone’s fleet of buses provides service to all areas surrounding the College and further afield. We also offer a free pick up and drop off service to Ormeau Train Station. If you would like to learn more, click here for Bus Service information.
